How do I get the free double data on my 15-pound pay as you go pack on an already existent sim card?

@ssarcevski : These are loyalty offers and are sent out at Random. You can't just ask for them.

They are offered with new pay as you go sim cards.

Ah, those! You can't add double data to an existing SIM. You need to get 1 of those new SIMs from the page you linked.
