For some reason, my voice mails been enabled whilst I'm abroad in America?
Having already wasted time/money checking in, can I ask someone to disable it so I don't constantly keep getting spam and cold callers leaving unwanted voice mails, with the added expense of paying roaming costs,

Thanks for the suggestion Dai, but it didn't work?
I get the following message appear... Call forwarding connection problem or invalid MMI code.
As I'm in America at the moment, my network connection is ether AT&T or T-Mobile, and having tested the code in both, nether work?
Any other suggestions? ... Thanks, Walts

That's the first thing I tried, but that code only works in the UK (EU?), having
looked at various EE forums.
Is there no way to disable the voice mail via the EE portal website?

It's not possible to disable it through My EE.
Have you tried calling 150 and running through the IVR options to turn it off?

Wouldn't calling 150 from America cost me roaming charges?
I'm already annoyed that EE have enabled my voice mail, can't they disable it?

Yes, you’ll be charged the standard roaming rate for America to call customer services.
We would need to get this looked into, are you with us on a pay monthly account?
If so, you can use our chat service if you log into your My EE account online a chat service will show when an agent is available.

I have a PAYG account, one of the reasons why my original post
was placed under the PAYG forums?
As I said, EE enabled my voicemail, how can they have done this
and I'd like them to disable it without expense to myself!
