Data on top up

I topped up £10 on my SIM card, I’ve previously done this and had a pack where I get data too. I’ve not got any data on my sim even though I’ve paid the £10 to top up as I used to. Why is this? It was the data I wanted not texts/minutes.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
