Data missing

Hi, I purchased a pay as you go sim card with special offer of double data when topped up with 10£ - 4GB instead of 2GB. However, I received only 2GB. How do I get the remaining 2?

What that offer still valid when you topped up?

 

You will need to call CS about the missing data.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I have exact same issue and offer says valid until end of January 2019. Did you find a solution? Feeling ripped off

Well it looks like I am, I think. I've just switched from giffgaff as O2 mast has been broken for 3 months and they can't be bothered to repair it. The new sim card thingy said £10 pay as you go pack and 2Gb is crossed out and replaced with 4Gb. Maybe when I've used 2Gb it will just keep going?

It may be worth calling customer services to double check your account, @debs_costello.

 

They'll be able to make sure the offer is active.

Thanks I'll try that. Well, I'll ask hubby to call. I'm hard of hearing so rely on online forums etc. quite a bit. One day a company will have everything online hopefully :-). Thank you for all your help!!
