I'm unsure how long I've been a pay as you go customer now ( I could check my bank statement but cba right now)
Anyway I've managed to build up my free DATA BOOST up to around 2GB-3GB
Just topped up today to receive a text saying my data boost is 512MB which is obviously NOT correct! Logged into my account online to also see 512MB BOOST showing on my account instead of 2/3GB!
What's happened here and how/who can fix this?
