Credit Balance on my account

I've been visiting the UK and return to Canada on Monday. I won't be using my ee SIM for several months.

I'm shown as having a balance of GBP 14.67.

Will this stay on my account to be used when I'm next in the UK, or will it lapse?

Re: Credit Balance on my account

You need to keep the SIM activated by using it at least once every 180 days. I suggest the cheapest way is sending 1 text for 40p from your credit.

Hi @Bill-Canada and welcome to the community.

Please see our guide on hibernation process and this will assist you with how to stop your pay as you go from deactivating.

Many thanks,

Lee
