Confused about free credit

I moved from orange 2 weeks ago. Paid £5 for an allowance with the new sim card and had orange credit moved over. EE dashboard shows the correct credit amount now but no sign of the £10 free credit on the dashboard. From the phone 150 shows same balance but also shows  £8 remaining from the £10 credit. (2 weeks deducted)  So far so good but can I assume that when the free allowance of £10 has been used up on the £1 talk and txt packs, that EE will then start deducting automatically from my dashboard credit or will I have to do something first?

Re: Confused about free credit

Thanks Richard for the reply.  So the free £10 credit gets used up first then EE will start deducting automatically from my dashboard credit.

Re: Confused about free credit

Hi @K9B

Thanks for coming to see us in community 🙂

I'm pleased you've made the move.

When the credit is used up, that's when we will start deducting.

Hope this makes sense?

Cheers

Richard

Thanks Lee, I hope this thread helps others that are confused with the free credit amounts that don't show up on the MyEE dashboard.
