Change pay as you go pack

Hi all,

if I want to change my pay as you go package, let's say from the 10GB data bundle to the 5GB data bundle, when can I do so?
Also will my remaining data credit be rolled over to the new package?

And for changing can I just stop the current pack and choose a new pack instead?

Thanks for the help!!

Re: Change pay as you go pack

Hi @lancagate123

Welcome to the community.

You can choose a new pack now and it will automatically kick in when your allowances for your current pack run out/expire.

You can start the new pack straight away by texting NOW to 150. You'd lose any of your remaining current pack if you do that though.

In addition to what you've been told on how to switch, as these are both 30 day packs your data will still rollover to the new pack as long as you buy it within 7 days of the old pack expiring. Also you will retain any Boosts you have built up.
