Can't start new pack early

Tried suggestions from multiple threads about this.

 

Here's what I've tried: texting STOP PACK to 150, texted just STOP to 150 and also NOW to 150. None of em work. 

 

I got a £1.50 promo pack and then bought a regualr £10 everything pack and now can't end the £1.50 one to go to my regualr one.

What does texting AL to 150 show?

Nothing at all. I don't think my messages are going through to 150 tbh. My messages are going through to other people though.

Did you text STOP PACK to 150 more than once?

 

This may of cancelled both packs, which would need intervention from our customer service team to get this restarted.

Fixed it, sorry to waste your time but I for some reason had 150 blocked. Thanks for your help!
