Can't receive or make phone calls or texts

Hi I have a samsung phone  with pay as I go. I have £3.10 in credit but can't send or receive any text messages or receive or make phone calls. Last text message i sent was 27 Dec 2019 and I received  a text message 13 Feb 2020

Please see EE hibernation policy. This would seem to be your problem. This thread also explains what you need to do.

When calling, what options shall I choose for hibernation, please? There was so many options and no one answered in the end. I did not want to hold in case I was in the wrong queue.

Try Option 1, Option 2, then Option 4 (to speak to an adviser).
