Hi i have tried now for the past two days to top up my device with out any luck.
I been trying with 3 different cards (of my own) and one other from a friend same result.
I have use top up before with out any problems.
I did try to both use the EE app on my smart phone and a lot of time online. I also tried to all the different amounts you can pick, same result.
Also tried to top another number, and use that option same outcome.
Keep in mind that i have been able to top up before using my cards.
The error message i get is :
Sorry, there's been an unexpected error. Please try again.
Hope one can help me out soon.

Have you tried restarting your device?
Have you also checked your bank account to ensure the payment isn't credited, if you have tried more than once?
Payment issues are difficult to solve, so you may need to speak to CS on 150 as it might be account specific problems.

Yes my device have been restarted.
I now got 9 pending payments on my card 😡 i would assume that when your page state an "error" in regards to payment it did not go trough.
Nothing but hassle with this EE device.
