Can I put credit on my brothers gone who is abroad. His fone won’t let him do it

His fone won’t let him top up , his abroad. I have his number and a voucher number . Is there anyway I can put it on his fone

You can't use the voucher away from his phone. It needs to be sent as a text from it. But you could top it up at an ATM.

Please see the response from @XRaySpeX above. Although you won't be able to use the voucher, the ATM top up may be an option.

Has he tried to top-up by dialling 360 from abroad?
