Hi @Peter-M82

Please see EE packs guide.

To change your pack you can:
  1.

    log in to My EE

  2.

    text ALL PACKS to 150 free on your EE phone

  3.

    call 150 free from your EE phone (25p on pay as you go when you choose the option to speak to an agent)

Thanks

@Peter-M82  The PAYG customer service team don’t make revenue if you have free calls to them.

@Peter-M82

There are two options above which don't need you to call. Whichever option you take your existing pack will need to expire first.

Re: Can I change / swap PAYG pack EE when is running?

@Peter-M82

Try READING the guide if you dont want to wait:

Your new pack will start as soon as you’ve used all the allowances in your current pack or if it’s come to the end of its seven or 30-day duration.

If you need to start your next pack straight away, you will have to buy it again by logging into My EE or by texting ALL PACKS to 150. After you’ve bought it text NOW to 150, but remember you’ll lose any calls, texts or data allowances from your current pack.

Remember, if you buy 30-day packs and change to seven-day packs or if you had a 30-day £5 pack and change to any other pack or vice versa, you’ll lose any Free Boosts you’ve earned.

Thanks,

Is there something we can help you with here rather than phoning CS? We don't charge 25p per post Smiley Wink.

Re: Can I change / swap PAYG pack EE when is running?

As I understand it you have a £10 Everything Pack currently & you want to switch to a £15 Data Pack immediately. You have already topped-up £15 to buy it.

Do the following:

  1. Text DP15 to 150 to buy the Data pack out of your credit.
  2. Text NOW to 150 to start the Data pack immediately. Any allowances remaining of the Everything Pack will be lost.
