Whay you want your £20 back in your account?

@Garethtoole71 yes, if you have a £20 credit balance on your phone account you may ask to have it paid back into your bank account or from wherever it originated from.

PAYG credit is not refundable or transferrable. However if you made a mistake topping-up or if the topping-up system took money twice erroneously I should get in touch with EE to explain the situation.

@XRaySpeX I know someone personally who did get some phone credit money from her EE PAYG account returned to her bank account when she phoned EE to ask for it. She didn't make a mistake topping up and nor did she have to lie to say she did. She just said she really needed the money back. And no it wasn't because the money had been taken twice either.

@Profile closed : That may very well be so, but I'm dealing solely with the fact of EE's PAYG T&Cs. Nor was I prompting OP to lie. Sure, if you don't ask you don't get!
If you wish to suggest to OP that they ask anyway, please don't address me but address OP.

@Omid12345 : Buy a pack or add-on or use it to make calls and texts. Whatever else it's not refundable.
