I just bought a £10 data pack that has 4GB but I've only been given 2GB.wtf?

I used the app, clicked on data packs and selected the £10 data pack which offered 4GB, unlimited texts and whatever amount of minutes.

As this is a double data promotional pack, your second 2GB may not be applied until you have used your standard allowance.

 

Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team if it isn't added to your account after you use the first 2GB.
