Boosts not showing on account


I am supposed to have 350mins including five 50mins Boosts but for the last two months, the boosts have been disappearing and not showing mid month on myEE leaving me with not enough mins for the week. For example, myEE currently shows my base allowance as exhausted and only two Boosts, one if which is partially depleted leaving me only 90 mins for the rest of the month.  How can I see all boosts and check how many mins I have actually used in the month?

It should show all of your boosts in your My EE account.


If they're not there, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team. You can get in touch free through the My EE app.
