Balance notification - Formatting and typing errors in the message itself?

Not sure if it is just me, when you get a reply from texting BALANCE to 150, there are formatting errors on the message?

The start of one of the sentence reads as "Yourremaining" ?

Another sentence reads  "For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosgo to MyEE."

Can anyone else help confirm?

Re: Balance notification - Formatting and typing errors in the message itself?

@Leanne_T. Thanks for checking in.

The device is a  HTC Hero. Texting Boost to 150, see below

"150: news. You will get an extra 2.5GB everytime you buy a pack. You are also 1 more pack away from being able to add another boost. For more info go tMyEE. ee.co.uk/myee"

I guess it should read 'Great news', and "For more info go to My EE"

It could just be the handset's messaging app that is limiting and cutting off the amount of characters or processing the characters incorrectly.

That is odd, both messages to 150 have the errors, maybe it is the device...

Thanks for checking @Northerner, @XRaySpeX@BrendonH .

@Northerner

- Nope, the device is stock Android device; on Eclair. Have tried toggling the theme/customisation as a test, the typos remain in the message; no big deal.

Hi there @354-551-545

Thanks for coming back to the community.

What device are you using?

If you text BOOST to 150, does the same happen?

Re: Balance notification - Formatting and typing errors in the message itself?

Thanks for trying this @354-551-545

It could be as the reply for balance has all the information you need within the text.

Could you let us know if this happens again with any other texts you may get 🙂

Thanks.

Leanne.
