Balance Error

I have a current balance from a top up on my EE pay as you go, yet cannot access it. This was put on 2 months ago. while trying to activate my sim. Used original bal on sim. EE keeps asking me to top up. I am using a TP Link Mi Fi for mobile internet.

Re: Balance Error

With the PAYG SIM in a MBB router:

  • Data can only be got by add-ons, not from balance.
  • You can't make calls & so can't spend balance on them.
  • You can send texts which will use the balance.

So, either :

  1. Send loads of texts until balance exhausted, or
  2. Put SIM in a phone & make calls & texts.

Re: Balance Error

You mean it never made it to your PAYG balance? Then you need to take it up with CS.

What does text AL to 150 say?

Re: Balance Error

I cannot text as it is in a Mi Fi mobile dongle.

Re: Balance Error

Oh, I thought you could if you login to its admin console.

Is it just a dongle or a MiFi mobile router?
