I have a current balance from a top up on my EE pay as you go, yet cannot access it. This was put on 2 months ago. while trying to activate my sim. Used original bal on sim. EE keeps asking me to top up. I am using a TP Link Mi Fi for mobile internet.

You mean it never made it to your PAYG balance? Then you need to take it up with CS.
