Android payg showing emergency calls only am sure have credit

Getting emergency calls only when I am sure I have credit. Just got message from EE saying they have problems

Try restarting your device.

 

Then text BA to 150. What does it say 

 

You can also use the EE app.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
