When I go to top up to account it says "Sorry, your account has been closed."
No explanation is given for this.
I can still top it up using a code purchased from a shop but it won't let access my account online.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can access your account and see what is going on.
Calls are currently free for pay as you go users.
