4G calling on pay as you go

When about, we would get 4g calling, on pay as you go.  We have been waiting for years, to get this feature. We should get a time frame by now. EE should listen to the loyal customers. Please let us know, If you have any updates on this @Leanne_T

Many thanks

Re: 4G calling on pay as you go

Hi @sumed-m

From an EE view PAYG customers have no loyalty, if you want the service then look at SIM only plans, because as you say "loyal customers" would be those who are committed to EE.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Re: 4G calling on pay as you go

Good Morning @sumed-m.

Although WiFi Calling is not available on pay as you go, it's available on our SIM only plans as @Northerner has mentioned.

Please see our online shop for our latest SIM only plans 🙂
