£15 everything pack gone after a week

I started my £15 everything pack just over a week ago and already it is telling me it has no days left and I need to renew it. It lasts 30 days so why has it stopped already?

Re: £15 everything pack gone after a week

Your current balance as of today 15:54 is £0.00. You have 1.2GB remaining until 16/12/2018 for your 3GB DS 30 day add-on. Your last top up was £15.00 on 16/11/2018 at 21:38.

Re: £15 everything pack gone after a week

Hi @Ktjmcleod

If your pack start on 16/11/2018 then it only gonna last 30 days that 16/12/18,

Your pack start the same day when you top-up and use your phone for any activity.

Thanks,

Looks like you didn't buy a £15 Everything Pack on 16 Dec but a 3GB data add-on which also costs £15.
