10gb

I bought the £20 PAYG sim cards that has free 10Gb data. But i did not get the free data.

 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Smiley Happy

The £15 International pack only contains 3GB data. You may have used it. Why did you pay £20 for it?

Ive used all my 3 gb data. So i have no more data left. It just statred im offline and ask me to connect to my connextion when i tried to load the browser.

Once you have used the first 3GB of data, your promotional 10GB should be added automatically within 24 hours.

 

If it's not added within 24 hours, please let us know so we can help.
