10g free not working

I have buy sim package from heathrow Airport machine, when message with LHR10 the return “Unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer. Please check you have an active Pay As You Go pack and have called, text or used data during the lifetime of your pack.” please help!F83927FB-422B-48C0-B979-FBD7E6C2D68D.jpeg

"03-04-18" could well be an expiry date & you could have been sold out-of-date goods.

i'm facing the same issue, i'm getting the below after sending LHR10

my plan is active, i can make phone calls.

The 10GB will activate once the original data amount has been used e.g 500MB.
