no order number for upgrade - needed for watch deal

I have received on offer of a smart watch for upgrading my phone. it asks for a proof of delivery. Non of the emails or texts contain a tracking number and no paperwork was received with the phone on delivery. Where can i get this number from

If you call customer services on 150 they will able to send you a proof of purchase.

Thanks for your reply. I contacted 150 who sent me a proof of purchase letter, but i still had no order number/dispatch number, so followed advice from another post and entered several zeros into the box.

Hopefully this will now be processed
