Trail camera settings

I’m trying to set up a trail camera, can’t seem to get it going? Have I put something in wrong? (Port 8080)

I just looked online for settings but must have something wrong.

Re: Trail camera settings

@Kevtodd1983 Try removing everything from the MMS side and move the eesecure and password across to the GPRS boxes instead.

You wont need MMS for the camera functionality anyway.

Re: Trail camera settings

Try:

  • GPRS Username: eesecure
  • GPRS Password: secure
  • MMS port: 8080

Ok, so with these settings I’m now getting a text saying a pic/vid has been taken. But no email or mms?

Re: Trail camera settings

The email settings look a bit weak. Is there no port for it? Could be assuming port 25 but that's now at least deprecated. Today we use port 465 with SSL.
