I received an update email from EE today for those who are waiting
your order is on track.
Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date. This is while we wait for delivery confirmation from the manufacturer. We’ll be in touch soon with an update on your order.
Hopefully the 14 days they originally quoted me on the 2nd wont change

I was told on chat yesterday that the watch is being released tomorrow.
If that's the case in hoping I will be able to pick one up from a store as I haven't pre ordered.

I've just received a text telling me that they are working with Samsung as there is a delay and will not get my order tomorrow.
I ordered on 1st Nov and will be first to receive as I pre-ordered early.

Went into store today to see if they would have any spare stock for walk ins tomorrow.
Was told they didn't receive their shipment and is now due 15th.

So why have I not been told this? Why have I had to chase this ...not impress..promises made money taken..should of got a garmin I think

Compensated for what? You pre-ordered dates are not gauranteed.
There could always be delays and by looks of this the delays are because of Samsung.

yes just called them, they said it's because of samsung and they are working with thwm to get it sorted, everyone who have had a pre-order withh get them before anyone else, no time or date given.

Working with Samsung kind of implies They haven't even been shipped to EE yet, is this the case? Realistic dates would be a help to people who need to plan for delivery, thanks
