Hi returned an old phone through EE to Brightstar for Recylcing, using their re-printed label, have received an email stating they have not received it. Even though I have Royal Mail Track and Trace comfirmation of delivery. Anyone else had this problem.?

I have had similar issues with Brightstar (not via EE though, but rather Apple - who also use them for trade-in/recycling).
The same thing happened to me a few years ago when I traded-in an old iPhone.
As long as you have proof of delivery, you are covered and they should still pay you what they agreed. You will need to take this matter up with Brightstar directly though.
On the EE recycle website, there is an email you can use to contact them: firstname.lastname@example.org or ring them on 02087323798
