Order tracking not working

I order an upgrade a week ago (7.8.2018) which was in stock and dispatched within 1 day.  Nothing has arrived and the tracker is not working, it just says the order has timed out.  I don’t have a phone to contact EE and the live chat doesn’t seem to be working.

I know how annoying it can be when an exciting upgrade takes longer than expected to arrive.

 

Could you please try the live chat again?

If you select the get in touch page and EE a chat option will show for you when an agent is available.

The chat option is there but it just shows “let’s chat” then opening times 8am-11pm mon-sun.  There is no link to start a chat.
