Nintendo switch not arrived 34 days after new phone received

Picked up my new phone from EE store on the 15th nov but still not been contacted about delivery of my switch which was suppose to be a Christmas present. Not happy at all

Welcome to the Community,

 

there was a high demand for the promotion but people have been receiving them within the stated time frame of 15-30 days.

 

as @Northerner correctly said you will need to speak with 150 from 8AM tomorrow morning.

You will need to call CS tomorrow and ask about your delivery.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Spoke to CS and found out the order had been cancelled even tho spoke to them 2 weeks ago and assured me it’s on order. It’s Apparently been re-ordered but not going to get it before Xmas even tho was suppose to be a Xmas present for our son.
