in the last few days I have had issue with my internet connectivity. whenever I am connected to LTE I have problems loading some of my content. Twitter URL forwarding doesnt work. Mcirosoft login doesnt work and email eas.outlook.com throws error 0x80072efd . I believe this happened ever since I have received new settings for internet a few weeks back as it worked okay for the last year. Didnt change anything on the device. Tried to find updated internet settings but couldnt find a way to request them. called support under 150 but they didnt send anything. Restarted phone without sim and with sim again and it updated something but still not working. tried to force it to 3G connection yesterday and it worked without problems

They tried to send this but unsuccessful installed something. Good thing I paid for the extra service hours. Do they store those on the sim card? Would they have changed it recently and thats the reason I need a new sim? Would just go to the store and get help but I have yet to find an EE store that is more than a point of sale.
