I sold my Samsung watch and have been told the LTE doesn't work please advise

I sold my Samsung watch and have been told by the purchaser that the LTEIs faulty. I phoned EE today and they told me to reset the watch which I have done. The watch works on my phone and with my partners. Could it be because it was connected to my account. Will the LTE work now. Please advise.

The person you sold it to are they on EE?
