I have a microsoft lumia 640, and I am having problems with the socket where the charger goes into. The charger and battery are fine as I have tested them, its the bit inside the phone.
Im one a 2 year contract- pay monthly and have about 9 months left on it.
I have never really liked the phone, too many negatives compared to positves about the phone in general.
Is there a way to replace the phone without too much cost and through EE?

@Bellajones2015 You can purchase a PAYG phone and put your contract sim card in it.
On your Lumia phone have you tried cleaning out the charging socket? With the device off use a pin to carefully clean out any fluff but can build up in the port.

Good morning @Bellajones2015
I'm just checking in on things with you
Has the advice that @Chris_B offered, helped?
Have you got insurance on the phone?
Have you spoken to the technical team at all?
If not, then use the contact details and when you select EE, you can have a live online chat with an agent.
Let us know how you get on.
Thanks
Richard
