I have a BB Z10. When the BIS service ends, will I still be able to purchase a

I have a Blackberry Z10, and recently received the text that ‘Blackberry Internet Services will be switched off 31 October 2019’. The Z10 device wasn’t mentioned, does that mean I will still be able to renew the Booster package I have for BlackBerry, which expires in January 2020? Your help and advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
