Huawei Headphones Claim getting rejected

Hi,

I'm trying to claim the headphones for pre-ordering the P20 Pro.

I've given the pre-order and purchase date, Uploaded a picture of the delivery note, the pre-order email I received and my first bill which shows the phone charge along with the IMEI number and it's still getting rejected.

There's nothing else to upload, that' everything. How are they still rejecting this? That's more than enough proof of pre-order and purchase!

What else can I do EE?

Thanks,

Jon

Hello there @JonM

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you spoken to Huawei directly to see what else they require?

Thanks, Leanne.

Re: Huawei Headphones Claim getting rejected

I called EE and got a headed email with confirmation of purchase, pre-order and all the dates on it.

I've submitted that to Huawei.

EE have been so helpful with my new account. I'm really impressed with the support.

Feels a bit like Huawei are trying to get out of giving these headphone away though what with the limited window for claiming and needing such a large amount of different proof documents. Bit disappointing.

Thanks,

Jon
