Galaxy watch not connecting to mobile network after phone upgrade

Upgraded to the s10 and attempted to connect my watch works perfectly via bluetooth but when trying to activate mobile connection I'm faced with this error? "Couldnt set up service, your watch has already been signed up for a mobile data plan" I've tired resetting multiple times and also using my old s8 with no luck

 

Any help appreciated

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

if you give the tech team a call on 0800 956 3146 they will be able to reset the watches esim which will then allow you to connect.
