Claiming buds+

Hi i have just received my s20 ultra. I want to claim buds+ but don't have anything with pre order date on it as I upgraded using message service.

Welcome to the community.

 

Do you have the delivery note within the packaging of your phone?

 

If so, you can upload the delivery note to claim your free Galaxy Buds+

 

If you don't have the delivery note, do you have a text message confirming your order?

Hi Samsung have said that delivery note isn't good enough and want proof of
pre order.
