Why am I still waiting for my order?!  Why do EE not keep people informed?  I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive.  If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers!  Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask?  Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

Thanks @Phil2711. The guidance for that model was that we'd estimate dispatch within 28 days of the order being placed.

Once it is on the way, you'll get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, letting you know when it'll be delivered.
