New EE customer..really confused.

Hi, im a new ee customer and have a few questions.

Im leaving sky and joining EE, my service date is 12// 2025. Im wondering when should I plug my new router in where I won't be without Internet for long?

 

I've also taken a new mobile plan with ee (previously o2).

How long does it usually take to transfer my old number to my new sim card?

I also can't view or manage my phone or broadband on the app or online? It's basically saying I've nothing with ee. I've not received the welcome email which should contain the account number to link the mobile and broadband. I've also not received the email to activate my netflix account which should be included with the ee tv? 

 

Im hoping someone can help ? Also hope this all makes sense?

1. You should connect your EE router the night before your installation day. It won't work on Sky BB.

What is the name of the EE BB plan you have ordered including its speed? Which EE router have you been sent (read label or post a pix)?

2. Your mobile no. should port within 1 working day of you activating your EE SIM on the EE network.
