Hi I’ve just placed a order for the iPhone 17 pro max on contract but I’m not sure if I’ve been accepted or not? The upfront payment has come out of my bank and I’ve received a email about my plan details but not a email confirmation/order number.

You can check your order using the Order Number you received at the time of making your purchase, at Track Your Order page.
It will show you the status of your order. If the tracking times out it may mean your order wasn't completed, please give our Customer Service team a call, where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed.
If the order does not get completed we will not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.

Hi I’ve just ordered the IPhone 17 Pro Max on contract but I’ve not received a confirmation email including my order number. The only email I’ve received is my contract summary. Does it sound like I’ve been approved?
