Can anyone offer advice please?
We ordered an XBOX on a Black Friday deal on 7 November. It was sold as including a Game Pass subscription and a £160 EE Game Card. The XBOX arrived the next day or thereabouts but it took another two weeks (of continuing to ask) to get the Game Pass code.
To date, we have not received the EE Game Card code or pin. We have been told by the agent ‘I’ve filled in a form and once processed you’ll receive the code’ (4 times); also been told ‘you will get it 14 days after receiving the order (on the 15th day after receiving the order); also been instructed to send an email to BHNEEGaming and request the code (which I’ve done, TWICE) and as of today, we are still getting the runaround. I’ve submitted a complaint (twice) and both times these complaints have been closed within 5 minutes (literally, via text message).
I am so fed up of speaking to a different person each time and getting a different answer. Has anyone else experienced this?

It sounds like you followed the correct steps in raising this with our customer support team after the 14 days were up. I'm sorry to hear that your complaints were closed. I'm not sure what happened there.
