Topped up my PAYG by £10 and have not received the usual 100 minutes and texts

Hi,

I used to be an Orange customer and if I topped up by £10 a month I received 100 free minutes and unlimited texts valid for one month from top up date.

This continued with EE until my latest top up on 09/08/2019 where I have received no free minutes or texts, has this perk been discontinued? and if so why did I not receive any warning.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

xxxxx xxxxxxx.

@david_rothery :That would be your Orange Rewards. EE promised to keep them. You haven't switched to standard EE PAYG, have you?

What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?
