Text message failed

Hi my daughter is on Orange pay as you go. She can't send text messages to her sister on O2 as it keeps saying "failed", she can ring her sister and receive texts off her sister just not send them. There is no problems sending texts to anyone else. Any idea why?

Re: Text message failed

Message centre number is correct, it can't be changed as it's greyed out

Re: Text message failed

Hi @speedster82,

Could your daughters number have been accidentally blocked on the O2 phone?

Thanks

Re: Text message failed

Is there sufficient credit on the phone to send the text @speedster82?

Re: Text message failed

Yes @James_B there is £10 credit on and an allowance of 400 messages. Every number she texts goes through apart from to her sisters o2 number which receives texts off everyone else. There is no problem with incoming texts from the o2, it just won't send to it.
