I am a PAyG customer from T-mobile and my just registered for the My EE account as my t-mobile account closed recently. Don't remember receiving any email about this back in february. I would now like to look at my current usage. Am I still able to do this on pay as you go or not?

When I sent AL to 150 I just got my credit balance back and I also tried the My EE account for my current usage only comes up in Pay monthly menu not the pay as you go type of account which only includes top up.

@heatlin : You need to phone EE to delete your T-M contract a/c. Then you can create your EE PAYG a/c afresh.

I've never had a T-M contract a/c with t-mobile only a pay as you go account with them do I still need to delete my account to access the pay as you go usage which I was able to see on the t-mbile account website before it closed back in February.

Perhaps there is some confusion here? A PAYG a/c doesn't only include Top-Up but much more:

Are you still using your T-Mobile SIM?
I would recommend getting in touch with our mobile care team who will be able to look into your account further.
You can do this by calling 150 from your handset.
