iPhone sim only Orange account. My data allowances per month doesn’t send me an accurate text anymore if I text 150? It states my call minutes allowance left in a month cycle - yet recently it is not telling me my remaining data allowance. Just states the full allowance. This is not helpful - why has this stopped being accurate. If I text 150 BUNDLES - I receive a text message stating I do not have any bundles.

I recommend getting in touch with customer services team too.
They have access to your account and will do their best to sort this out for you.
