Why can’t I open some websites

Some websites won’t open because they are restricted how so I fix this?

I think that was the problem but when it asks for my phone number on my EE and I click confirm number it just refreshes the page am I doing something wrong?

XraySpex, not everyone of us it's an engineer in mobiles. I don't understand nothing of your post.

Would you please be a bit more explicit, how to set it.

When I call this number +44 800 079 8586, press 1 for charge credit on your mobile, non sense.
