Text alert

Got a text, no idea if legit.

Nothing has been frozen, no idea on what info is needed especially as I've been with we and good number of years, plus I'd assume EE would contact me first and only freeze my account if I didn't respond after that.

Lastly and the main reason im asking.. the link asks me for my password. But everything is already singed in. So!?

Re: Text alert

Good Morning @AKULRE

Thanks for coming to the community and letting us know.

If you suspect a text is fake and isn't from EE:

DO NOT click on any of the links within the message

DO NOT reply with any information

DO NOT download any attachments

DO send it to us to investigate – Forward the message to 7726

DO delete the message

See our how to avoid fraud and phishing help page for full information.

Thanks, Leanne.

Re: Text alert

Hi @AKULRE It's fake, it's not from EE, do not enter any details into it as they are trying to get access to your account.

You can read more about what to do here.

Re: Text alert

@AKULRE: It's a scam. It's not from EE. That domain was only created today & will probably be gone by tomorrow.
