I keep getting annoying texts from example "12345" digit numbers, am I getting charged for this?

How can I get these to stop,

I have called EE about it before they said they will stop it from happening.

Just had another yesterday and 2 more this morning.

Can anyone help please.

@Mike_74 : They could be reversed-charged texts from Premium Rate nos. you may have inadvertently subscribed to via Web or TV. What is the actual shortcode they are coming from?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi there @Mike_74

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you have the number that is sending the texts?

If so, you can enter this into the third party charges checker on our EE help page, and this will show the company information that is sending the texts.

Do you have charges showing in your My EE app under current usage?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
