How to unblock websites?

There are complaints from users that the sites benaughty.com and flirt.com are not available.
could you please provide us the reasons?

Thanks for the answer.

We have faced with the following issues :

Our users do not see any notification about the site is being blocked, only 'This site can’t be reached' (ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED)
There are no restrictions in 'My EE' settings

Could you please check if our sites were placed in some kind of black list if possible and let us know?
