How can I check if my content lock is off? As I rang me and spoke to somebody. Got my content lock turned off. And it's still not letting me go on certain sites. So how can I check if it's off

@Laura89Missy Login to your EE online account or the my EE app and go see what the setting is for content lock. If you got customer services to change this you need to allow up to 24 hours for changes to take effect you could also try restarting your device.
